1. EC fans includes AC input driven brushless DC fan with integrated design of AC-DC transformation circuit, the PFC circuit, the BLDC drive circuit, interface circuit. Due to the internal integration of the AC-DC converter circuit, the consumption of power will be reduced to facilitate the design and application of the overall power system in customer.
2. Brushless DC external rotor motor belongs to non-mechanical brush(commutator)DC motor which enforces the winding current commutation through electronic commutator (position sensing, non-position sensing),achieve the speed control function with PAM or PWM control
Energy savings : Minimum power consumption & better efficiency than AC equivalent.
Control : 100% speed controllable, not frequency dependant. Can be set-up for constant airflow or constant pressure applications, 0-10VDC or PWM control signal.
Low motor temperature : for longer lifetime than AC equivalent
Simplicity : Electronic & power transformation are completely integrated within the motor.
High performance : Speed can be driven up to 3600rpm, one EC fan replace multiple type of motors (2, 4 and 6 pole)
